Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
- Under the Help tab is a FAQ box. Click on it to see the common questions in FEX
- The top ten questions are listed there with answers as well as videos in most cases to show you how to do it
- Other questions can be looked up in the search bar to find other relevant subjects
Training Videos
- We have created training videos for different areas of the system.
- You can find them under the Help tab on the right hand side
- Each section has been broken down into videos less than 11 minutes long
- They take you step by step through each area of the system for easy follow along
- In the upper right hand corner of your screen when you're logged in you will see online chat.
- Click on the green button to start a live chat
- Our customer service reps are happy to assist you answering questions or calling you to go over items
- They can also to a go to assist where they can see your computer screen to help you with a problem.
- On the My Console tab is the training calendar
- That has a listing of the different trainings we are doing throughout the week
- If you click on the training, it gives you a description of the training and link to the training itself
- On the Help tab in the bottom left hand corner is a listing of all our sales reps' phone numbers
- If you've lost their number or just trying to get a hold of someone after hours that's the place to look
- Tara Huber and Mike Dominguez's phone numbers are listed as well so you have added back up if you can't get a hold of your rep
- Corporate's 800 number is listed there as well.
