Help!

At Fex we are always trying to think of new ways to help our dealers.  It is imperative that a dealer is able to find the answer they are looking for and in a timely manner because those precious moments with the customer are invaluable and who wants to lose a sale over not being able to work your DMS?  So Fex has beefed up our Help tab.  We have added the following to make things easier for our dealers to navigate through our system:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
  • Under the Help tab is a FAQ box.  Click on it to see the common questions in FEX
  • The top ten questions are listed there with answers as well as videos in most cases to show you how to do it
  • Other questions can be looked up in the search bar to find other relevant subjects

Training Videos
  • We have created training videos for different areas of the system.
  • You can find them under the Help tab on the right hand side
  • Each section has been broken down into videos less than 11 minutes long
  • They take you step by step through each area of the system for easy follow along
Online Chat
  • In the upper right hand corner of your screen when you're logged in you will see online chat.
  • Click on the green button to start a live chat
  • Our customer service reps are happy to assist you answering questions or calling you to go over items
  • They can also to a go to assist where they can see your computer screen to help you with a problem.
Training Calendar
  • On the My Console tab is the training calendar
  • That has a listing of the different trainings we are doing throughout the week
  • If you click on the training, it gives you a description of the training and link to the training itself
Contact Phone Numbers
  • On the Help tab in the bottom left hand corner is a listing of all our sales reps' phone numbers
  • If you've lost their number or just trying to get a hold of someone after hours that's the place to look
  • Tara Huber and Mike Dominguez's phone numbers are listed as well so you have added back up if you can't get a hold of your rep
  • Corporate's 800 number is listed there as well.
